Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy Validity: These terms and conditions apply to all direct reservations made via saturnpiran.com, operated by Avionis Aviation, Adi Vaizović s.p.

Booking & Payment: A reservation is confirmed upon successful payment through the SATURNPIRAN.COM booking engine.

Tourist Tax: Local tourist and promotional taxes are calculated and charged in accordance with current municipal regulations.

Pricing Options & Cancellation Policy: When booking your stay on saturnpiran.com, you can choose between two pricing rates:

Non-Refundable Rate (Save 10%): The full reservation amount is charged immediately upon booking confirmation. Payments are final and non-refundable. No refund is issued in case of cancellation, date change, early departure, or no-show.

Standard Flexible Rate: Free Cancellation: Full 100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.

Statutory Notice: In accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period.
